Open House, and an important announcement
Happy new year everybody!
The first Open House of 2011 will be taking place this Saturday, 8 January. As usual it’ll be from 3-6pm, at my home in Isleworth, west London; please PM if you need address details/directions. All are welcome, cake is provided, and shopping is entirely optional.
If you’ve never made it to any other Open House, this is the one to come to. Not only will it be kicking off the January sale (always fun!), it will also probably be the last one ever. Because Purlescence is now up for sale.
For personal reasons (to do with family, and time, and future plans) I have concluded that this, my first baby, now needs a new parent. Someone with a passion like my own for knitting, for handmade goods and customer service, and with the time and energy to build on what I’ve started, and make it even better. I’m looking for a buyer (please email contact AT purlescence.co.uk if you’re interested!) immediately and holding thumbs there’s someone out there who finds this suitably exciting.
